Two By Two Ministry is currently being developed as a volunteer-led ministry focused on connecting caring volunteers with individuals and families walking through difficult seasons of life. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information you share with us through this website and our forms.

We only collect information you choose to give us, such as:
- Your name and contact details (email, phone) when you submit a form
- Prayer requests you share with our ministry team
- Help requests, including the type of need and any context you provide
- Volunteer or partner interest details you submit
- Donation details processed by our payment provider (we never see or store full card numbers)
How we use your information
- To pray for you and follow up with encouragement, if you've asked for updates
- To coordinate volunteers and match your help request with a caring pair
- To respond to your questions or partnership inquiries
- To acknowledge donations and provide tax receipts
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
How we protect your requests
Prayer and help requests are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized ministry team members. If you mark a prayer request as private, only the core ministry team will see it — it will not be shared with a wider prayer circle.
Not a substitute for professional care
Two By Two Ministry is a volunteer ministry and is not a substitute for emergency services, professional counseling, legal advice, or medical care. If you or someone you love is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or the appropriate emergency services.
Email and communications
We may send confirmation or follow-up emails related to a request you submitted. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us any time to be removed from further communications.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
